Charged Harmonic Oscillator in a Static Electric Field

Shows the perturbation of the energies and wavefunctions of the first three states of a harmonic oscillator subject to a linear perturbation (e.g. a charged oscillator in a static electric field). The results are calculated in second-order perturbation theory, and can be compared with the exact results, which can be derived analytically.
